1. Rental Agreement

By booking a car with Brother's Car Rental, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental period starts from the time of vehicle pickup and ends at the agreed return time.

2. Driver Requirements

Minimum age: 21 years
Valid driving license (at least 1 year old)
Government-issued ID proof
Must present original documents at pickup

3. Security Deposit

One of the following must be submitted:

Bike/Scooty (RC and keys)
Blank signed cheque
Government ID + precious item (laptop, etc.)

Note: Security items are kept safely and returned upon vehicle return in good condition.

4. Usage Policy

Unlimited kilometers allowed
Vehicle must be used for legal purposes only
No subletting or commercial use without permission
Driver must follow all traffic rules
Smoking and alcohol consumption in vehicle prohibited

5. Fuel & Cleaning

Vehicle is provided with some fuel (70-80% clean). Customer is responsible for refueling during the rental period. Vehicle should be returned in reasonably clean condition.

6. Late Return

Late returns may incur additional charges. Please inform the owner in advance if you expect a delay. Charges will be calculated on an hourly/daily basis.

7. Damage & Accidents

Customer must inform owner immediately in case of accident
Customer is liable for damages caused during rental period
Insurance covers major damages; minor damages may be charged
Police report required for accidents

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges. Contact owner for specific cases.

9. Payment Terms

Payment via UPI or Cash at pickup
Full rental amount to be paid before vehicle handover
Security deposit separate from rental amount

10. Liability

Brother's Car Rental is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle or any indirect damages. Customer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
